Supplier Registration for Solicitation Summary and Notice of Intended Procurements

To all City of Toronto Suppliers:

The Supplier Registration for Summaries and NOIP System allows suppliers to register their information in the database of the Online Call Document System so that they receive automatic notifications when a Solicitation Summary or Notice of Intended Procurement is posted.

Suppliers can register a profile and sign up for specific commodities that are relevant to their business and notifications will be sent for any Solicitation Summaries or Notice of Intended Procurements as they are posted. There is no charge to register on this system.

If you would like to register your firm on the
Supplier Registration System, please visit the following link:

The City will make every effort to notify you, through the email address you provided in your registration but will not be held responsible for undeliverable notifications due to an incorrect email address or due to system or technical errors.

Following your registration and selection of commodities, please save your profile information and bookmark the page to return to your profile in the future.
