Supplier Registration for Solicitation Summary and Notice of Intended Procurements

To all City of Toronto Suppliers:

Please be advised that the Online Call Document System is being replaced by T.O. Bids by the end of January 2024. Suppliers and members of the public will use T.O. Bids Portal to continue to see advertisements of solicitations coming to market, Notices of Intended Procurements, and the Contract Award list. T.O. Bid Information and Training Sessions will be held in December 2023. For more information on the move to T.O. Bids or to attend a T.O. Bids Training Session, please email supplychain@toronto.ca or call us at 416-397-4141.

To bid on City of Toronto solicitations, view solicitation documents, and receive solicitation notifications, Suppliers must register on SAP Ariba. There is no charge to register on this system. To register, go to the City of Toronto’s Registration Page, and follow the instructions. Please take into consideration that there is a three-day processing time to approve registration. A guide on how to register and bid on solicitations with the City of Toronto via SAP Ariba can be found on the City of Toronto's Searching and Bidding on City Contracts webpage.

For questions or technical problems, please contact our Customer Service staff at 416-397-4141 or supplychain@toronto.ca, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
