3.1 Project Management
1. Document and keep up to date a workplan with key milestones and delivery dates to ensure that theproject is finished within 9 months of contract award.
2. Kick off meeting
3. Provide monthly project status updates on progress via teleconference to the TW project team
4. Provide quarterly project status updates in person at a TW Site
5. Provide one presentation to Toronto Water Director team
6. Provide final presentation to larger TW audience with project findings
