The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary resources to carry out, but not limited to, the following activities related to this project:
The work in this contract includes undertaking repairs to roads and sidewalks in the North York District.
The work in this contract includes repairs to roads and sidewalks and may include but is not limited to repairs to roadways, sink holes, adjustments (catchbasins, maintenance holes, etc.) sidewalk accessibility ramps, sidewalks, curbs, pavement grinding, crack filling, guide rail and fence installations, paving, concrete curb cutting, driveway repairs and builders file repairs as it occurs throughout the season, and also work as directed by the Contract Administration.
In order to assist the Contractor, an estimate of the areas to be repaired has been made. The Contract Administrator may add additional areas to be repaired to the list as the work proceeds.
Material slips shall be submitted daily and paid upon delivery of receipt of the invoice. Excavated material and debris shall be disposed of at the contractor's expense.
Commencement And Completion Dates
1. The anticipated start date is May 21, 2019 subject to obtaining all required approvals.
2. The Contractor agrees to complete the entire work comprising the contract within a time period of ninety (90) working days from the date of the written order to commence work.
3. Completion date will be determined after ninety (90) working days from the actual start date. Clean up and rectification of any and all deficiencies shall be completed no later than two (2) weeks following the completion date.
