Drawings:
Tender Drawings are available on CD to purchasers of the tender document. Bidders must obtain a copy of the CD from the Tender Office of the Purchasing and Materials Management Division, 19th Floor, West Tower, City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
Proof of Tender purchase will be required to pick-up the CD. The vendors who have not purchased the Tender document will have to do so in order to obtain a copy of the CD.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Watermain CIPP Lining in Etobicoke York District, Wards 2, 3, and 7.

• This contract includes in general, the following work: A pre-survey of all properties prior to commencement of lining and service upgrade work to determine size of service, material of service, status of water meter, location of service. Where existing water services are found to be substandard, the work shall include the installation of new copper water services from the existing water main to the street line. Rehabilitation of existing watermains of various sizes by installation of a CIPP including cleaning, inspection and testing. Replacement of existing valves, hydrants, and fittings. Replacement or rehabilitation of hydrant leads and existing service connections 100 mm diameter and larger. Temporary watermain bypass and services during installation. Permanent Restoration.

Completion Date
This Contract, including all site restorations, clean up, and rectification of all known deficiencies, must be completed by November 15, 2019.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The Bidder must have the following experience in order to be considered for award:

1. Must have completed a minimum of 5,000 meters of watermain structural lining within the previous three (3) years.
