A customized one-day workshop in resiliency training (self-care/compassion fatigue) to provide TESS front-line staff with the tools knowledge and skills necessary to proactively manage their stress levels and handle the occupational stress they face on a regular basis. Training for up to 1350 individuals is required. (the City reserves the right to revise this figure).

This one-day workshop must be held between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. A one-hour lunch must be provided as well as two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks. Separate training is required for union and management staff.

The customized one-day workshop must be tailored to an audience comprised of management or union staff as directed by TESS. Each one-day session must be for a classroom size of no more than thirty (30). The City reserves the right to increase or decrease classroom size. The training is to be held in TESS locations across the GTA. TESS will provide the required audio / visual equipment.
