Work under this contract will be in the NORTH YORK DISTRICT within the following wards and work areas:
Wards 6, 8, 15, 16, 17, and 18. Approximate work areas are shown in the enclosed map within the shaded areas. Work is not limited exclusively to the above-mentioned wards / work areas, at the discretion of the Contract Administrator it may be deemed necessary to schedule work in other wards / work areas of the City of Toronto.
Work under this contract will include all necessary activities for the permanent restoration of utility cuts and maintenance repairs of roads, sidewalks, curbs, driveways and sidewalk accessibility ramps and boulevards within the right-of-way of arterial, collector and local roads, for example: Builder's File's/Ramp Runs.
The anticipated start date is May 1, 2019. The Contractor agrees to complete the entire work comprising the contract within a time period of one hundred (100) working days from the date of the written order to commence work. Clean up and rectification of any and all deficiencies shall be completed no later than two (2) weeks after the completion date.
