Recreation Worker Scheduling
Spring & Summer 2019 Recreation Worker Scheduling Project Information (Late Submissions)

Any remaining hours of work available after returning employees have been scheduled will first be offered to the most senior employee who is qualified, available, and whose forms have been received by the due date of Friday, January 11, 2019. Employees whose forms are received after the due date will be considered for remaining regularly scheduled work.

Late submissions will continue to be accepted until the last day of each session.

IMPORTANT! NEW Scheduling Information

Beginning Fall 2019 and Winter 2020 all Recreation Workers scheduling will take place in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC). In order to access the new WFC scheduling system, you must first register for the City of Toronto Self Service (SS) – Employee Remote Access (ERA) tool.

To ensure a seamless transition to the new WFC scheduling system in May for the Fall 2019 / Winter 2020 submission period, it is important you register immediately.

You are encouraged to visit for up-to-date information on the new WFC scheduling system including self-paced learning materials, Frequently Asked Questions, drop-in locations and additional support being offered.

Recreation workers will continue to use the current scheduling system to submit requests for the Spring / Summer 2019 season.
