Green tea and fennel cured trout with yuzu compressed apple, shaved fennel and celery
Heirloom carrot and ancient grain salad with golden raisin vinaigrette, pistachio, and crumbled feta

Huevos Monty – spicy refried black bean layered with sharp Canadian cheddar between two flour tortillas topped with two eggs sunny, avocado whip and tomato salsa
The MTK burger - this hand-crafted burger is topped with tomato relish and crispy tobacco onions, served on a pain au lait bun with dressed greens or frites (p.s. the buns are baked fresh daily!)
Fish tacos - two soft corn tortillas stuffed with seared whitefish, pickled plum sauce, crisp summer slaw and sambal aioli
Mildred’s Bolly-Cauli - roast curried cauliflower tossed with quinoa, caramelized onion, wilted spinach & green grapes topped with a dollop of pressed yogurt (vegetarian)

Milk and honey semi-freddo with pistachio crumble and pomegranate molasses
Affogato - milk chocolate ice cream doused with hot espresso & a hazelnut biscotti on the side (perfect to recharge your batteries before heading back to the office)
Cookies ‘to go’ - if time is not on your side, Mildred’s fresh baked cookies to go (baked fresh daily with many of our favourite ingredients - butter, eggs, cream and love)

Panko fried chicken with a warm salad of green beans, roasted fingerling potatoes, tomato and sweet scallion emulsion
Black olive caramel and coffee glazed beef short ribs with a summer succotash of corn, tomato, and shell bean
Mushroom faro “risotto” with herbed crostini, shaved parmesan and a fried egg (vegetarian)

Mildred’s chocolate marquis with cherry compote, Chantilly cream and almond brittle
