Mayor David Miller to address Great Lakes Congressional Breakfast
  
On Wednesday, Toronto Mayor David Miller will join Chicago Mayor Richard M.
Daley to a make a joint address to the Great Lakes Congressional Breakfast in
Washington D.C.

Mayors Miller and Daley are co-chairs of the Great Lakes Cities Initiative, an
international coalition of municipal governments that sets policy and takes
action on Great Lakes environmental initiatives.

The Great Lakes Congressional Breakfast is an annual opportunity for U.S.
Senators and Representatives to be briefed on Great Lakes policy and programs.
This is the first time municipal leaders from both Canada and the United States
have been invited to speak.

Date: Wednesday, March 2

Time: 8 a.m.

Location: Rayburn House Office Building, Room B-338/339, (at the corner of
Independence Ave. and South Capital St. SW), Washington, D.C.

The breakfast is open to the media and Mayor Miller will be available for
questions afterwards.
