Mayor Miller joins school kids on the ice to launch "Get Active Toronto" event
  
Mayor David Miller is donning his skates for a spin on the ice at Nathan
Phillips Square to officially launch Get Your Move On, Get Active Toronto. This
open house-type event offers residents the opportunity to visit facilities and
sample a range of activities and recreation programs throughout the weekend of
March 4 to 6.

Place: Nathan Phillips Square - ice rink

Get Your Move On, Get Active Toronto is a signature event of the Get Your Move
On, Making Physical Activity a Toronto Thing campaign. Get Active Toronto is
co-ordinated in partnership with Toronto Parks and Recreation, Toronto Public
Health, YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Ontario Early Years Centres, and other
community partners. From March 4 to 6, more than 50 sites across the city will
offer free access to facilities and a wide range of physical activity programs.
