FCM to release Quality of Life Theme Report: Dynamic Societies and Social Change|

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) will release the next theme
report in its Quality of Life Reporting System (QOLRS) series tomorrow.
The report, "Dynamic Societies and Social Change," will be posted on the FCM
Web site, www.fcm.ca.
News media will also have the opportunity to participate in a technical
briefing conference call about the report. Councillor Brenda Hogg, Chair of
FCM's Quality of Life Technical Team, consultant Michel Frojmovic and FCM staff
will respond to questions.
