Media Advisory - Clean and Beautiful City mural unveiling
Tomorrow, Mayor David Miller and Deputy Mayor Sandra Bussin, Chair of the
Roundtable on a Beautiful City, will unveil a new mural in Ward 10 as part of
the Mayor's Clean and Beautiful City initiative. The City of Toronto partnered
with Benjamin Moore to transform a portion of the 401 retaining wall into a
work of art. The Ministry of Transportation and Home Depot also provided
support to the project.

Date: TOMORROW, Saturday, November 19
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Bathurst & Wilson Park
(Northeast corner of Bathurst Street and Wilson
Avenue intersection)

Ian Leventhal, a member of the Roundtable on a Beautiful City and an acclaimed
mural artist, designed the mural in consultation with Deputy Mayor Mike
Feldman, Ward 10 York Centre and the local community.

This is one of the City's Neighbourhood Beautification Projects, which are
taking place in every ward in the city.
