Cycling in the City? Bring your questions here
  
The City of Toronto Cycling Ambassador Program is in full swing with
Ambassadors attending hundreds of community events, delivering dozens of safety
talks, and reaching out to thousands of people in various communities across
the city. Join Councillor Adam Giambrone, Chair of the Toronto Cycling
Committee, and the Ambassadors at Nathan Phillips Square as they provide
answers to various cycling-related questions.

Date: Friday, August 12
Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Nathan Phillips Square, City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.

Learn about:
  • road safety, including large truck avoidance
  • how to use Bikes Racks on TTC Buses
  • the Bicycle Friendly Business Awards
  • bike maintenance and cleaning
  • Off-road Awareness and Safety Information Stop (OASIS)
  • CAN-BIKE
  • how to properly lock your bike.

    The Cycling Ambassador Program is part of the City of Toronto's Bike Plan,
    which aims to double the number of bicycle trips made in the city and reduce
    the number of bicycle-related injuries in the city.

    Sponsors for the City of Toronto 2005 Cycling Ambassador Program are: Bell
