Toronto Mayor David Miller and Minister of Canadian Heritage Liza Frulla celebrate Toronto's designation as Cultural Capital of Canada
  
Toronto Mayor David Miller and the Minister of Canadian Heritage Liza Frulla
will join musical performers Autorickshaw and Da Kink for an award presentation
to celebrate Toronto's designation as the 2005 Cultural Capital of Canada. They
will also discuss upcoming cultural and creative projects planned for the city
of Toronto.
