Weekend Road Closures for special events
  
A series of road and lane closures will take place this weekend to accommodate
street events in the city.

Beaches Jazz Festival
Thursday, Friday and Saturday closures:

- Queen Street, from Woodbine Avenue to Beech Avenue, will be closed to traffic
in both directions from 7 p.m. to midnight on both Thursday, July 21 and
Friday, July 22. Queen Street will be closed at the same location on Saturday,
July 23 from 6:30 p.m. to midnight.
- Kingston Road can be used as an alternative route.


Allen’s Family Challenge
Sunday closure:

- Lake Shore Boulevard, from Strachan Avenue to Windermere Avenue, will be
closed to traffic in both directions on Sunday, July 24 from 6 to 11 a.m.
- The Gardiner Expressway is an alternative route.


The public is encouraged to use public transit (TTC and GO) as a convenient,
alternative choice whenever possible.
