Media Advisory - Toronto Paramedics give the gift of food for the holiday season
The hungry are counting on us this season. The Toronto Paramedic Association and Toronto EMS will deliver food donations to the Daily Bread Food Bank tomorrow to support members of our community who don’t have enough to eat during the holiday season. Toronto’s paramedics ask everyone to think about those less fortunate than themselves and donate food or make a financial contribution to the Daily Bread Food Bank this week.

Paramedics, Emergency Medical Dispatchers and other EMS staff have been collecting donations of non-perishable food items for the last two weeks. EMS personnel will deliver the food to the Daily Bread Food Bank tomorrow.

Date: Tuesday, December 20, 2005
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Place: Daily Bread Food Bank
191 New Toronto St. Gate 2, Door 10.
Between Royal York Rd. and Islington Ave. across from the Lantic Sugar tower

For more information on how and where to make a donation to the Daily Bread Food Bank, see their web site: or call 416-203-0050.
