Media Advisory: Mayor Miller and Lord Mayor of London to participate in financial services discussion
The Toronto Financial Services Alliance (TFSA), the British Consulate General
and the City of Toronto will be hosting a panel discussion to promote the
importance of the Toronto and London financial services sectors and will build
on existing linkages between Toronto and London. Toronto Mayor David Miller and
Lord Mayor of London Robert Finch will participate.

Date: Thursday, April 29
Time: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Panel discussion
Place: Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) Conference Centre Auditorium
Street level, The Exchange Tower, 130 King St. W.

Note: A reception will follow in the TSX Broadcast Centre Gallery starting at
5:30 p.m.
This will be the opportunity for the media to
get comments from both mayors.

Councillor Brian Ashton, Chair of Toronto's Economic Development and Parks
Committee, will moderate the business portion of the event. TSX Group CEO
Barbara Stymiest will speak on "Canada's Capital Markets: Strength at Home and
