Toronto Public Service presenting big cheque to United Way
  
The annual United Way fundraising campaign by City of Toronto employees and
politicians concludes with a reception at City Hall on December 10. Campaign
organizers will announce the amount of money raised for the United Way and will
present a cheque to the United Way of Greater Toronto. The campaign target was
$975,000.

Date: Friday, December 10

Time: 2 to 4 p.m.

Location: Members' Lounge, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.


Featured guests who are anticipated at this event are Mayor David Miller and
Frances Lankin, President and Chief Executive Officer of the United Way of
Greater Toronto.

Spirit Awards will be presented to selected staff for their roles in this
year's United Way campaign at the City of Toronto.
