Weekend road closures for special events
  
A series of road and lane closures will take place this weekend to accommodate
street events in the city.

Duncan Street - Entertainment District:

Saturday closure:

Duncan Street, from the south side of Adelaide Street to the north side of King
Street, will be closed from 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 17 to 3 a.m. on Sunday,
July 18 to accommodate a street event.

Pedestrian Sunday - Church Street:

Sunday closure:

Church Street, from the south side of Wellesley Street to the north side of
Alexander Street will be closed from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 18 to
allow for pedestrian use only.

Pedestrian Sunday - Kensington:

Sunday closure:

A number of roads will be closed in the Kensington Market area to accommodate
Pedestrian Sunday. Parts of the following roads will be closed from noon to 6
p.m. on Sunday, July 18.

· Augusta Avenue
· Baldwin Street
· St. Andrew Street
· Kensington Avenue
· Wales Avenue

The public is encouraged to use public transit (TTC and GO) as a convenient,
alternative choice whenever possible.
