Media Advisory: Mayor David Miller and Deputy Mayor Joe Pantalone host the Clean, Green and Beautiful Toronto Cocktail Reception
  
Mayor David Miller and Deputy Mayor Joe Pantalone will host the Clean, Green
and Beautiful Toronto Cocktail Reception to benefit the Toronto Parks and Trees
Foundation. The foundation works in partnership with Toronto Parks and
Recreation to enhance, create and restore Toronto's parks and trees for our
enjoyment and the enjoyment of future generations.

Date: Monday, October 4

Time: 5 p.m.

Location: Design Exchange, TD Centre, 234 Bay St.
(on the Trading Floor)

Toronto Tree Portraits, a 2005 calendar that celebrates the importance and
uniqueness of our tree heritage with a selection of tree portraits of some of
Toronto's most remarkable trees, will be launched at the event. The calendar is
the work of internationally renowned photographer Geoffrey James and Pleasance
Crawford.

Tickets for the event are $125 or ten for $1,100. All proceeds will go directly
to Parks and Trees Foundation activities. For more info or to order tickets
