Summer squares media kit available now
Toronto Special Events produces four free programs at Nathan Phillips Square
and Mel Lastman Square for all ages that reflect Toronto's vibrancy and
activity in the summer months. Canada Day celebrations (Thursday, July 1),
Fresh Wednesdays (July 14 to August 25), Tasty Thursdays (July 15 to August 26)
and Sunday Serenades (July 18 to August 29) offer a combination of live music,
fireworks, BBQs and cooking demonstrations to add to Toronto's sensational
summer festival line-up.

Toronto Special Events summer squares media kit is now available. Detailed
information on the summer events is available in the media room of the City of
Toronto website. You can find the media kit at:

Admission to Canada Day celebrations, Sunday Serenades, Fresh Wednesdays and
Tasty Thursdays is FREE and getting there couldn't be easier! Nathan Phillips
Square is located at 100 Queen Street West and Mel Lastman Square is located at
5100 Yonge Street. For Nathan Phillips Square, take the TTC Queen Streetcar
(501), the Yonge Line subway (exit Queen station) or the University Line (exit
Osgoode station). For Mel Lastman Square, take the TTC Yonge subway line (exit
North York Centre)
