City of Toronto to make recommendations on changes to the Ontario Heritage Act

On Wednesday, December 1, during the Ontario Legislature's Justice Policy
Committee hearing, Councillor Kyle Rae (Ward 27, Toronto Centre-Rosedale) will
deliver recommendations regarding proposed amendments to the Ontario Heritage
Act, on behalf of the City of Toronto.

Of main concern to the City is the Province's proposal to change the municipal
review process, replacing it with in-house reviews that will have no public
input.

Justice Policy Committee Hearing

Date: Wednesday, December 1

Location: Queen's Park - Main Legislative Building Room 151

Time: 11:45 a.m.
