Media Advisory: United Way and the City of Toronto to launch new Strong Neighbourhoods Task Force
  
A new task force to build long-term solutions for stronger neighbourhoods in
Toronto will be launched by the City of Toronto and United Way of Greater
Toronto, supported by the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario on
May 10 at 10 a.m.

Speakers at the news conference include Mayor David Miller; The Honourable Joe
Volpe, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, Government of
Canada; The Honourable Sandra Pupatello, Minister of Community and Social
Services, Province of Ontario; David Pecaut, Chair of the Toronto City Summit
Alliance; and Frances Lankin, President and CEO, United Way of Greater Toronto.
