FCM report finds risk of homelessness rising
  
The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) will release the next report in
its Quality of Life Reporting System (QOLRS) series on Wednesday, November 17
at 11 a.m.

Theme Report #1, focusing on incomes, shelter and necessities in the 20 QOLRS
urban communities, will be posted on the FCM Web site (http://www.fcm.ca) at 11
a.m. Richmond Hill Councillor Brenda Hogg, Chair of FCM's Quality of Life
Technical Team, Edmonton Councillor Michael Phair, consultant Michel Frojmovic
and FCM staff will brief news media via conference call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
