City of Toronto opens new locations to pay parking tickets

Where you pay City of Toronto parking tickets has changed. Two of the City's
First Appearance Facilities (FAFs) have relocated, and a new fourth FAF is open
for business. Residents can now pay parking tickets at the following four
locations:

· Metro Hall, 55 John St., 3rd floor
· 1530 Markham Rd., main floor (relocated from 1500 Don Mills Rd.)
· York Civic Centre, 2700 Eglinton Ave. W., main floor (relocated from 970
Lawrence Ave. W.), and
· North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge St., lower level (new location).

The move comes as part of the City's plan to better manage the processing of
approximately 3,000,000 parking tickets annually and to provide centralized
tax, water and parking ticket counters at locations across the city for
one-stop enquiries.

All four locations are open Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
and Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Parking tickets can also be paid over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard by
calling 416-397-TAGS (8247). Ticket payment is accepted at most banks and
through the mail by sending a cheque to: City of Toronto, Parking Tag
Operations, Box 8500, Postal Station "A", Toronto, ON M5W 2E1.
