Community children benefit from NHLPA Goals and Dreams Fund
  
Representatives from Toronto Parks & Recreation and the Gord Summers Memorial Hockey League; Toronto Maple Leafs' Mats Sundin and Bryan McCabe; and Mike Gartner, Goals & Dreams Chairman, Member of Hockey Hall of Fame will launch the National Hockey League Players' Association Goals & Dreams program in Toronto.

The successful partnership between the NHLPA Goals & Dreams fund, Toronto Parks & Recreation and the Gord Summers Memorial Hockey League provides high-needs children the opportunity to experience playing the sport of hockey. A total of 60 complete sets of hockey equipment valued at $30,000 will be distributed to local children.

The event features photo and interview opportunities with event presentations, players receiving equipment and on-ice activities.
