Fort York Armoury to remain open as temporary emergency shelter for two more days
  
The City of Toronto, through the co-operation of the federal government
Department of National Defence, is extending the use of the Fort York Armoury
as an emergency shelter and referral centre for 48 hours, until Friday,
February 13th.The extension allows the City time to finalize negotiations for
the use of another site.

The Fort York Armoury is located at 660 Fleet Street West (at Strachan Avenue)
and has been open since Thursday, January 15th to provide temporary emergency
shelter for up to 100 homeless people.
