City of Toronto launches 2005 budget process |

Mayor David Miller and Councillor David Soknacki, Chair of the Budget Advisory
Committee will launch the 2005 budget process on Monday, December 6, 2004.
Presentations on the budget will be made by Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Shirley Hoy and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer Joseph
The results of the recently held Listening to Toronto consultation will also be
tabled at the meeting.

Time: 9:30 a.m.
Place: Council Chamber, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.
Please Note: Mayor David Miller and Councillor David Soknacki will speak to
media following the meeting. A technical briefing by the CAO and CFO will take
place after the media opportunity in the CAO's Boardroom on the 11th floor of
City Hall, East Tower.
