Weekend road closures for special events
  
A series of road and lane closures will take place this weekend to accommodate
street events in Toronto.

Coors Light Trauma Tour

Saturday lane closure:

The east bound curb lane of Lake Shore Boulevard, from Aquatic Drive to Oarsman
Drive (abutting Marilyn Bell Park), will be closed from 7 a.m. to midnight on
Saturday, August 14 for an extreme sports event.

Pedestrian Sunday - Kensington

Sunday closure:

A number of roads will be closed in the Kensington Market area to accommodate
Pedestrian Sunday. Parts of the following roads will be closed from noon to 6
p.m. on Sunday, August 15.

· Augusta Avenue
· Baldwin Street
· St. Andrew Street
· Kensington Avenue
· Wales Avenue

Church Street Fetish Festival

Sunday closure:

Church Street, from Gloucester Street to Wood Street, will be closed from 8:30
a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, August 15 to accommodate a street event.

The public is encouraged to use public transit (TTC and GO) as a convenient,
alternative choice whenever possible.
