The City of Toronto today requested the Ontario Ministry of Health to conduct an investigation into the call for Emergency Medical Services that took place on June 25 at 40 Alexander Street.

Chief of Toronto Emergency Medical Services, Bruce Farr, made the request earlier today.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed receipt of the request and will immediately begin the investigation.

As the call is now under Ministry investigation, no further comment from the City of Toronto on this matter will be provided.
