Parking ticket customer service improvements at Metro Hall
  
The City of Toronto is improving customer service at its Metro Hall (55 John St.) parking ticket counter. Enhancements will help to reduce wait times and improve efficiency and customer privacy.

Staff will be available to answer media questions:

When: Thursday, September 10, noon to 2 p.m.
