Statement - Toronto Emergency Medical Services receives Ministry of Health report on occurance at 40 Alexander Street in Toronto, on the evening of June 25th, 2009
  
Chief Bruce Farr of Toronto Emergency Medical Services received a copy of the written report from the Ontario Ministry of Health investigator late this afternoon, Thursday, September 24th. This report was requested by Chief Farr in July and has now been completed.

The report will be reviewed in detail over the next week by Chief Farr and his management team and a statement will be made to the public regarding the report content and findings the week of October 5th, 2009. No further comment will be made at this time.
