Media Advisory - Meet Toronto’s paramedics and emergency medical dispatchers at the CNE
  
EMS Day at the Canadian National Exhibition is an opportunity for the public to meet the paramedics and Emergency Medical Dispatchers who respond to 9-1-1 calls in Toronto and learn about the important work they do to keep communities safe. Emergency Medical Service staff from southern Ontario will be on hand with vehicles, equipment and interactive activities for people of all ages. Visitors will be invited to tour an ambulance, make a practice 9-1-1 call and perform lifesaving medical skills on a high-fidelity training mannequin under the guidance of a Toronto EMS paramedic.

Date: Thursday, August 28
Time: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Location: EMS Community Village, Canadian National Exhibition (on Manitoba Drive, west of the Food Building and east of the EMS station)
