Media Advisory - Cyclists take to the street for “Coldest Day of the Year Ride”
Councillor Adrian Heaps, Chair of the City’s Cycling Committee, and other cycling enthusiasts will participate in the “Coldest Day of The Year Ride” - riding their bikes from City Hall to Metro Hall to show that biking in the winter season is a safe and effective way to get around Toronto.

Councillor Heaps will speak about the benefits of winter biking prior to the ride.
