Weekend events and road closures in Toronto
  
There are two special events this weekend in Toronto that all residents and visitors are encouraged to come out and enjoy. Businesses in the affected areas are open to pedestrian traffic, but some roads will be closed to motorists.

The public is encouraged to take public transit as a more affordable and faster means of getting to their destinations.

Fiera on College Street
College Street, from Shaw Street to Bathurst Street, will be closed from Saturday, August 30 at 9 a.m. to Monday, September 1 at 6 a.m.

Kensington Market Pedestrian Sunday
Parts of the following roads will be closed on Sunday, August 31 from noon to 7 p.m. to accommodate this event.

• Augusta Avenue
• Baldwin Street
• Kensington Avenue
