Wesburn Manor to launch new seniors programs
Toronto Long Term Care Homes and Services (TLCHS) and Etobicoke Services For Services will launch an adult day service for seniors with cognitive impairments at Wesburn Manor, a TLCHS facility.

This project includes social, recreational and physical activities, meals, personal care, counseling and minor health care. The service assists participants in achieving and maintaining their maximum level of functioning.

Date: Wednesday, November 19

Time: 3 p.m.

Location: Wesburn Manor, 400 The West Mall

The event will include official remarks and a tour of the facility.

Wesburn Manor was recently granted funds for this service from the Mississauga-Halton Local Health Integrated Network as part of the Ontario Ministry of Health’s Long-Term Care Aging at Home Strategy. Referrals are made by the Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre.
