City of Toronto introduces the 2009 Capital Budget
  
Mayor David Miller and Budget Chief Shelley Carroll (Councillor, Ward 33 Don Valley East), will present the 2009 Capital Budget, 2010-2014 Capital Plan and 2014 - 2018 Forecast to Budget Committee.

The City of Toronto is now considering the 2009 Capital Budget, 2010-2014 Capital Plan and 2014 - 2018 Forecast. This 10 year capital plan and forecast determines the capital projects the City will undertake to maintain and/or improve City assets such as roads, bridges, transit, community centres, libraries and more.
