Mayor David Miller to announce new approach to employment and social services
  
Mayor David Miller, Councillor Joe Mihevc (Ward 21 St. Paul’s), Chair of the Community Development and Recreation Committee, and Heather MacVicar, General Manager of Toronto Social Services will join Maggie Knap, Executive Director of the York West Senior Citizens Centre, and an Investing in Families participant to announce a new plan for social services in Toronto.
