Mayor and City Manager to make announcement
  
Mayor David Miller and City Manager Joe Pennachetti will introduce a new approach to communicating with residents.

Date: Thursday, November 6
Time: 12:45 p.m. or immediately following the special meeting of City Council (if the meeting is delayed beyond 12:45 p.m.)
Location: Members’ Lounge, City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.
