Media Advisory: Amnesty International mural unveiling celebrates UN Human Rights Declaration
  
Members of Amnesty International, the Harbourfront Community Centre, the City of Toronto’s Family Residence Shelter, politicians and local artists are gathering to unveil a mural commemorating the 60th anniversary of the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Permanently mounted on the front of Toronto’s Family Residence Shelter, the mural is the first in a series of 30 being designed by local artists.

Please join speakers from Amnesty International, Harbourfront Community Centre, one of the young artists and a youth from Family Residence as they unveil the mural.

Date: Saturday, May 31
Time: 11:30 a.m. (unveiling ceremony starts at noon)
Location: 4222 Kingston Rd.
