Spring is Near and Toronto Fun is Here!

Parks and Recreation - Distribution of the Spring/Summer 2000 edition of
Toronto FUN, the city's most popular guide to parks, recreation, culture and
leisure programs, has begun in some areas of the city and will continue
throughout this week.

Residents in the West District (former cities of York and Etobicoke) and North
District (former City of North York) should have received their guides.
Residents in the South and Central Districts (former City of Toronto) will
receive their copies of Toronto FUN between Wednesday March 8 and Friday March
10. Distribution for the East District (former City of Scarborough and East
York), is scheduled for Friday March 10 to Sunday March 12.

Toronto FUN is delivered to houses, apartments, condominiums, and town homes.
Residents who live in buildings where distribution to individual units is not
possible are advised to look for copies of Toronto FUN in their lobby or
mailroom. Toronto FUN is also available on the city's Web site at
http://www.city.toronto.on.ca/parks, and in libraries, community centres and
civic centres after March 13.

Residents who do not receive their copy of Toronto FUN, by the last date of
distribution in their district, may call one of the following numbers:

West District residents (former Etobicoke and York): 416-675-4293
All other Districts: 416-292-5913 or 416-292-6366

When Torontonians open the cover of Toronto FUN they will discover more than
54,000 recreation and leisure programs, 1,500 parks, 870 facilities and much
more.
