City to Hold Two Additional Information Sessions on Community Advisory Committees
  
Five city-wide community advisory committees are being established to advise
Toronto City Council on issues of access, equity and human rights. Applications
for membership are for the:

Aboriginal Affairs Committee
Disability Issues Committee
Status of Women Committee
Race and Ethnic Relations Committee
Committee on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered Issues

In order to be eligible for an appointment, members of the public must attend
an information session and fill out an application. There will be two DROP-IN
information sessions at the following locations and times:

Date: Wednesday, June 28
Time: Drop-in between 9 a.m. and noon
Location: Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West
(NW corner of Queen and Bay)
2nd Floor, "A" Street Reception
Meeting Room C

Date: Thursday, July 6
Time: Drop-in between 3 and 6 p.m.
Location: Metro Hall, 55 John Street
(SE corner of King and John)
3rd Floor, Room 303
