Lizzy the Ladybug wants everyone to come to her "Two-Foot Garden Party"

Parks and Recreation - This Sunday, August 20, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Lizzy the
Ladybug is hosting a "Two-Foot Garden Party" in Toronto's High Park Children's
Garden and everyone's invited.

This free event will feature garden arts, activities and games, recycled
papermaking, face painting and puppetry with Indonesian artist Susiawan,
pastels and painting with Fine Artists for Community Enhancement, and
solar-powered garden tunes. A complimentary garden lunch will also be served.

The High Park Children's Garden is located at the south end of the park on
Colborne Lodge Drive and is wheelchair accessible.

The Children's Garden and Exploring Toronto Programs are programs of Toronto
Parks and Recreation's Special Projects Office. This year's programs are made
possible with funding from Ontario 2000 and support from the Toronto Millennium
Office, Bell Mobility, the Community Garden Network, Eco Tierra Verde, Youth
Assisting Youth, Colborne Lodge, Waste Watchers, and many volunteers and local
community groups.
