TORONTO 2000 - 2001 Souvenirs On-line

The Toronto Millennium Office is launching the City's first online store
developed and sponsored by Facilitate I.T. Inc. The online store features the
full line of Toronto Millennium Souvenirs designed and produced by Crudo
Creative Inc., the official licensed supplier of Toronto Millennium
merchandise.

"We are delighted to make this exciting line of premier quality souvenirs
available online in this millennium year. Toronto Millennium Souvenirs are a
great way to remember this unique time in Toronto's history," said Councillor
Chris Korwin-Kuczynski, Chair of Toronto's Millennium Task Force.

Facilitate I.T. conducted technical testing with Royal Bank for real time,
online credit card processing. The store site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
encryption technology, the industry standard for secure online credit card
transactions.

"The launch of this virtual store demonstrates the City's capacity to keep pace
with new technologies and the advance of e-business in the 21st century,"
stated Councillor Brian Ashton, Chair of the City's Economic Development
Committee and member of the Millennium Task Force.

"Facilitate I.T. is proud to sponsor the Toronto Millennium Souvenir store and
further the development of e-business in Canada. We fully support the City in
bringing e-business solutions to the people of Toronto in this millennium
year," affirmed Keith Townend, Vice-President, Facilitate I.T. Inc.
