Toronto Public Health Closes 22nd Food Premise and Another Re-opens
  
Toronto Public Health - Toronto Public Health closed the tofu retailer Yet Sing
Company at 11 Baldwin Street on March 27. Yet Sing was closed because of
sanitation violations, a cockroach infestation, and structural disrepair. This
is the 22nd food premise closed by Toronto Public Health since the blitz began
on February 22, 2000.

Carmel's Bakery at 3856 Bathurst Street re-opened March 27, 2000. It was
closed by a health inspector March 21, 2000.
