Media Advisory: City to celebrate 50th anniversary of Alderwood Pool
Councillor Mark Grimes (Ward 6 Etobicoke-Lakeshore) and City of Toronto representatives will join members of the community to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Alderwood Pool with a plaque unveiling.

Date: Saturday, June 12
Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Ceremony: 11:30 a.m.
Location: Alderwood Pool, 2 Orianna Dr.

Celebrations will include displaying the contents of the cornerstone time capsule, children’s entertainment, a pool memorabilia display, a model boat display and a cake-cutting.
