Cyclists take to the Martin Goodman Trail for Coldest Day of the Year Ride
  
Councillor Adrian Heaps, Chair of the City of Toronto’s Cycling Committee (Ward 35 Scarborough Southwest), and other cycling enthusiasts will participate in the “Coldest Day of the Year Ride” - riding their bikes on the Martin Goodman Trail to demonstrate the benefits of biking in winter.

Councillor Heaps will speak prior to the ride.
