Weekend event and road closure in Toronto
  
There is one special event this weekend in Toronto involving a road closure.

Sunday closure for Danforth BIA charity road hockey challenge
Danforth Avenue from Ellerbeck Street to Jackman Avenue will be closed for this event from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 16.

Businesses in the affected area are open to pedestrian traffic, but some roads will be closed to motorists. Residents and visitors are encouraged to come out and enjoy the event. People are encouraged to take public transit as a greener, faster and more affordable way of getting to their destinations.
