City to celebrate improvements at Trudelle Park
  
Councillor Glenn De Baeremaeker (Ward 38 Scarborough Centre) and City of Toronto staff will join members of the community in a celebration of improvements to Trudelle Park and its splash pad.

Date: Monday, August 30
Time: 6 to 8 p.m. (ceremony at 6:30 p.m.)
Location: 1325 Danforth Rd. (Trudelle Street entrance)

Playground improvements include replacement swings, a new dome climber and a new wood fibre safety surface that is wheelchair accessible. There is also a new shelter with two benches, along with eight other new benches throughout the park. The improved splash pad features a new water tunnel, a donut spray and three ground geysers.
