Launch of Toronto film festivals website
  
Toronto Mayor David Miller will be joined by members of Toronto's film festival community to announce and celebrate the launch of the Toronto film festivals website (http://www.torontofilmfestivals.com/), a collaborative effort among more than 70 of the city's film festivals, the City of Toronto and George Brown College School of Design. This new information portal allows the public to easily find out about Toronto's many film events and festivals throughout the year.

Date: Tuesday, October 5
Time: 5 to 6:30 p.m. (media conference from 5:30 to 6 p.m.)
Location: TIFF Bell Lightbox - BlackBerry Lounge (350 King St. W.)
